Discover this charming townhome nestled within the Commons at Seashell, ideally positioned near both the beach and town, ensuring convenience and relaxation at every turn. Step inside to find an inviting living space adorned with coastal accents, featuring a comfortable sofa that doubles as a Queen bed, a quaint loveseat, and a generously sized flat-screen TV, providing ample space for leisurely moments.
Adjacent to the living area, a half bath and a full-sized washer and dryer offer added convenience. Gather around the spacious dining table that seats eight, or opt for a casual meal at the four-seat bar counter. The well-appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops and is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and oven (complete with a built-in air fryer), dishwasher, and a coffee maker. Stocked with all the essentials, the kitchen's blue cupboards house utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, pots, and pans, ensuring culinary needs are met effortlessly.
Upstairs, retreat to the Master bedroom featuring a luxurious King bed, facing another flat-screen TV. Ample storage is provided by a dresser and closet, while the en suite bathroom offers privacy with a shower/tub and granite vanity. Loved the Commons and the property. We even extended a day! house is perfect location for beach and town. I do not have one negative thing to say! New Wave Rentals was the easiest experience that I've ever had and will for certain look to book with them again!

This place was phenomenal! We had a very comfortable stay, the master bed was so comfortable and the entire house was spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the size of it was great no over crowding. We had access to everything within the area. I would definitely stay at this place again!

It’s was overall great. Perfect temp in the home. They have lots of extra blankets and pillows. You don’t need to bring extra. Plenty of cooking pans, pots, utensils, cups and plates. Bring your own spices and oil. King bed very comfy and soft.

This was my first time renting from New Wave, and overall it was an excellent experience. The first place I had reserved was under construction, and they needed to move me to another available place for the same days. Even with that inconvenience, they went to great lengths to make everything easy, including the refund and payments. Overall, they're setup very well. Great auto communication with good instructions and easy to add amenities like golf carts, both delivered and picked up without having to make extra trips. I'll be looking to rent again soon. One of my best renting experiences lately overall and definitely in PortA.
