In the afternoon, take a walk to the beach or head into town for one of the many activities on the Island. This spacious townhome boasts over 1,800 sq ft with a split-level floor plan. For those lazy sleep-in mornings on the beach, you’ll enjoy the master suite with a king-sized bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has a double-sized bed and a private bath while the third bedroom has two twin/twin bunk beds and a private bathroom. If that isn't enough room, there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. Prepare food in the fully-stocked kitchen with the lovely view of the pool area. The fully stocked kitchen has dishes, cooking utensils, a regular coffee pot, blender, etc. You only need to bring the food!

It was nice, good location. If we had an issue they responded fast. Needed a bit more attention to detail from house keeping but other than that was a good stay. Would say that if you have small children bring something to block off the stairs. We stayed a week. Would recommend bringing extra blankets and towels for the house. Just minor details wish I would have known before hand. Would stay here again now that I know what to expect and prepare for

Great location and very quiet for being so close to area attractions. The garage was nice and had ample parking considering the allotted space. We were able to store our golf cart trailer inside the garage and also with room to keep the cart inside over night. There is also room for 2 cars in the driveway. The pool is great and was quiet. All guest were curious and respected the 10:00pm quiet time. Great place to stay also has a gas grill downstairs. I do not believe it is listed on the amenities, but is great to have for a relaxing day at the day.

Best location and place I've stayed so far with the New Wave properties! As I've come to expect from New Wave, everything was super clean and ready for our stay. The only hiccup was that this place has a gas grill, and I had to replace the tank that was empty.

Property was incredibly clean and well stocked. Plenty of comfy beds and TVs in all the rooms. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook. So great to be able to do laundry while we were there. Property is very well maintained. We rented a golf cart from the management company and it was so convenient to have it delivered to the property. We have been to Port A over 20 times and this was one of the best properties we've stayed at. Highly recommend!

This unit was in a perfect location, right on the middle of the towns attractions. The mgmt team even delivered our golf cart prior to our arrival.

Unit was just as described in write up. Very clean. The location is close to resturants - but be prepared for a 2 hour wait at any of them. Condo set is great - thou the gas grill did not work. Overall good.

The place was even better in person. We drive large trucks and were able to fit both in the driveway no problem. The pool was great we even had it to ourselves for a while. Quick easy drive to the beach. Close to all the restaurants. Unfortunately due to Beryl we were forced to end our trip early. New wave was great about sending out communications, warnings, and recommendations. Unfortunately we lost out on half our money’s worth so just a warning buy the travel insurance!!
