Welcome to Casa Verde, nestled in the beautiful gated Village Walk community in Port Aransas Texas. Just a moments drive to the stunning Golf coast of Port A beach, restaurants serving coastal cuisine, boutiques and shops for the entire family to enjoy! Need food/supplies?! Take 11th street to the heart of downtown and find the Port Aransas Family Center for all of your family needs.

Upon entering the main level, you'll be welcomed by an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, perfect for relaxation after a beach day. Enjoy the cozy furnishings, flat-screen TV, and fully equipped kitchen, complete with coastal inspired kitchenware. The dining table seats 6-8 guests comfortably.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom-one with a queen bed, the other with two queen beds and a twin/twin bunk. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV.

A private suite above the garage offers an extra bedroom with a king-sized bed and sitting area, complete with a sectional and TV. Great for in-laws, older teens, or additional family friends.

Relax on the covered front porch with a bistro table or enjoy the BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Cool off in the community's heated/cooled pools while you soak in the coastal atmosphere.

Parking & Policies:
1. VW 43 Includes 3 parking spaces (1 garage, 2 outside). Parking passes are required
2. No street or red zone parking; vehicles must remain in driveway
3. Boats, trailers. RV's, and buses are prohibited. Towing is enforced

Check-in: Check-in begins at 4pm, but exact readiness depends on housekeeping and maintenance efforts.
Starter Supplies: Your stay starts with essentials like trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, and basic toiletries for one night. Bring additional items for longer stays.
Construction Notice: Port Aransas is known for ongoing projects and improvements, so the occasional sound of progress might be part of your stay
Connectivity: WiFi is provided as a convenience but Port Aransas does experience outages. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WiFi
Pest Control: While mosquitoes and pests can appear throughout the year, the island does experience a more robust amount, professional pest control is maintained for each property.
Security Note: A valid credit card is required prior to arrival in place of a security deposit.
