Come experience true coastal living in this beautiful home located in the new Ocean Village subdivision. This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom stilt home features a large open living area that allows for gatherings with family or friends with plenty of room to spread out. This relaxing gem sits just across from the community pool making it ideal for those with little ones and a pond located behind the pool to explore and fish in!
Hacienda D Playa comfortably sleeps 11 people with 2 Master suites each with a King bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom has a Double over Queen bunk bed and the fourth has 2 sets of Twin bunk beds in it!
You will be living large in the living room featuring a large L shaped sofa while you enjoy movies on the large flat screen Smart TV. The coastal inspired kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make dinner while your family and friends gather around the island bar for cocktails or the dining room table for family dinners and watch the kids challenge each other to a game of ping pong.
Head outside and enjoy the outdoor tiki bar with plenty of seating and a TV for entertainment. You can also find a charcoal grill perfect for hanging out and grilling up dinner while spending time with your crew. The garage features an area for the kiddos to play in, with chalkboards on the walls to draw and explore their creativity. The Garage also has an area with a mini fridge and sink to mix up drinks or prep food before you head outside to join the party!

This was a very nice place, we had plenty of room for our large family of 8. The place was spotless and well maintained. The beds were super comfy, and the customer service was amazing. This place is close to everything on the island. Rent a golf cart, you will not regret that, golf cart will give you so much mobility and allow you to really explore the island. We will be back next summer. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a week get away. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking as well. We booked this trip last minute and had a couple changes as the plans were getting finalized. The property management company was communicative and patient with our changes. What a beautiful house, had everything we needed. More than enough room for 4 teenagers and 3 adults. We had a couple of issues that needed attention, maintenance was there within 30 minutes. There were very professional and fixed the issues. We look forward to our next visit!

This place has everything you think you would need. From kitchen to beach things! There was plenty of space for everyone. The beach is a very short drive. The down stairs shower was great for rinsing off all the sand. The outdoor patio was perfect for lounging, and having that downstairs restroom right to the side... perfect!! I 100% recommend this place.

Wonderful home, very clean and beautifully decorated. The living space is open and big, and easily accommodated our large family. We really enjoyed having the ping pong table. The kitchen is clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces, especially the front deck and the tiki bar. It’s a very short drive to the beach, which is an added bonus. The hosts were super helpful, and provided us with excellent local recommendations. We can’t wait to go back!

Everything was perfect for our Vacation. Hacienda D Playa does not dissapoint. The common room is spacious enough for large group, or in our case, gave plenty of space for the kids to roam while adults enjoyed watching sports on one of the many televisions. Walking to the beach is great, less than one mile. On our next visit we'll likely rent a golf cart and explore Port Aransas in style. The Tiki bar is so relaxing. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back later this year.

Hacienda D Playa has something for everyone. Fun and Games for all ages. We enjoyed walking to the beach, less than one mile. The kitchen was fully equipped, although admit the restaurants pulled us away for dinner. Port Aransas offers tons of options for food, shopping, exploring nature. We will rent this place again and highly recommend for all ages.
