Shell Yeah Beach is an impeccably crafted custom residence nestled in the charming Sand Point community. This home boasts two spacious indoor gathering spaces and two expansive decks at the rear, offering panoramic views, serene sounds, and always a refreshing ocean breeze.
The ground level of the residence is designed for relaxation and entertainment with a tiki hut theme. Guests can craft their favorite drinks at the well-appointed bar, complete with a beer fridge. Engage in leisurely activities such as pool or poker while keeping up with the latest sports matches on the dual large-screen TVs. There is full size bathroom along with a cozy studio bed nook and a comfortable reclining sofa.
Moving up to the second floor, guests will discover the laundry room, a spacious deck offering panoramic beach views, and four bedrooms: one king suite, two queen suites, and one bunk room with a single full bed and three twin beds. Each bedroom boasts its own private en-suite bathroom. Each room in the vacation rental is uniquely themed.
The third floor includes a king suite, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a refrigerator with ice maker, a dining table that seats up to ten people, a living room, and a convenient half bath, all of which have stunning beachfront views from every window. For those seeking shade, a selection of classic books awaits in the staircase library, offering a tranquil escape accompanied by the soothing sounds of the ocean.
Outside, guests can enjoy the coastal breeze while playing bean bag games or rinsing off sandy feet in the outdoor warm water shower.
Sand Point guests can also take advantage of neighborhood amenities, including a private pool, hot tub, grill, and picnic area. The private beach boardwalk is conveniently located just two houses away from Shell Yeah! Overall this rental was good. We enjoyed how big and spacious the house was for our group of 8 adults and 4 children.
Pros:
- Huge sweeping views of the ocean. It was very fun to see the boats lined up to come into the port.
- There are bathrooms inside every single bedroom which was an amazing detail that we really appreciated
- The management company was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that we needed.
Cons:
- The floors were very dirty. We were walking around barefoot and our feet were covered in dirt. I'm not sure if the floors just got skipped in the cleaning - especially because other guests have reviewed saying the house was very clean.
- The oven was unfortunately very dirty. We used it one night, and then we couldn't use it the rest of the time because the entire top floor filled with smoke. We had to open doors to try to air it out.
- The grill was also rusted out, so we could not use the grill either. This made cooking pretty tricky. (and FYI - the grill is charcoal, not gas. There are not gas grills available)
- We did also see two cockroaches during our 5 day / 4 night stay.
- The faucet in the bathroom with a tub was broken and continuously set on hot water. The family staying in that room specifically had that room to use the tub for their small kids. The kids ended up having to use another shower the whole trip because the faucet was broken. (The management company did send someone out to fix this. They came and diagnosed the issue, but then never returned to fix the problem and we never heard back.)
Overall, our stay was pretty good and the group was generally satisfied. It's certainly not the best rental home we've had, but it got the job done for our large group.

The house was fantastic! The only complaint was the ice maker didn’t work and we had an issue with one of the shower handles. New wave had someone come look at the shower and worked on fixing it. Very responsive hosts would definitely come back to stay here again. The location in proximity to the beach is great as well.

My family has been coming down to Port A for years and have stayed at numerous houses- some of them we really love. But we needed more space this year so decided on Shell Yeah!! This is now by far our favorite house in Port A!!! The location cannot be beat- having the beautiful views and being so close to the beach was amazing. There was so much room and storage- our group of 12 easily fit- everyone had their own space, privacy. But the private bathrooms were especially nice! The home was very clean and kitchen well stocked. And those views!!! The 1st level was awesome- we loved the pool table and games- and again- all the storage with extra fridge! We normally stay at homes with a private pool- but honestly didn’t miss it- having the outdoor shower was perfect along with the several hoses to rinse everything off. Plus the neighborhood pool was great. We had minor issues with the AC and some TVs- but management responded very quickly. The stairs can be challenging but we were able to use the 1st level and backyard for heavy coolers and beach gear. But all benefits of this house totally outweighed any issues we had. We could not have been happier at Shell Yeah- it far exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to come back!!

This trip was a Christmas present for our grown children and grandkids. We looked for the perfect place to build lasting memories and Shell Yeah Beach House could not have been any more perfect. Overall this house was great for our group of 8 adults and 4 kids. The Pros: The management company was responsive and the location was very close to the beach. The house had plenty of space and we loved having each bedroom have its own attached bathrooms! The sweeping views of the ocean were also so fun for our group. The Cons: The grill was rusted so we couldn’t use that, which was a bummer. We used the oven, but it was so dirty that it filled the entire first floor with smoke. The bathroom with the tub did not have a working faucet so you couldn’t adjust the temperature. They had maintenance come take a look, but then they never returned (I believe this is because a part was needed). The outdoor shower also stopped working completely during our stay which was also annoying. We did also see two cockroaches during our five day stay. Overall, the house was great with awesome views and an awesome location. There were just a few things that made it a little bit less than 5 stars.

Our second time renting this amazing house for our annual family beach trip and our favorite house!! It’s gorgeous and the view is amazing! We loved the pool table downstairs and the beautiful bedrooms and decks. Lovely neighborhood in the center of town so we can take a golf cart everywhere! Owners are gracious and helpful. The house was located within walking distance to the beach (access was through a short boardwalk). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had a large group of 16 people and we all fit. The house does have three levels, which was a little challenging for our older family members. But the view on the third floor was amazing and the patio on each level was a nice feature. The five bedrooms were spacious, my only recommendation would be to make extra bed sheets available to guests. We would definitly stay here again!

We found the house to be roomy, comfortable and accommodating for our family. We loved the fact that everyone had a private bath and bedroom. The stairs were a little demanding for our elderly parents, however they were able to get around comfortably in the home. We would recommend this home for families and those traveling together that are seeking a combination of family gathering space combined with privacy. The downstairs tiki bar and pool table room was fun for all. The roomy kitchen on the 3rd floor with balcony and den made the perfect setting for breakfast and late night holiday movies.

This property is well thought out in all the ways. The decor is adorable, the kitchen is equipped, the first floor is fun and also equipped! Our children LOVED the bunk room. There are so many bathrooms. And the location is truly great for beach time. We walked and it took about 5-7 minutes. The views were great on third floor. Also, the hosts left signs everyone on light switches and doors which is so great! I will stay here again.

Our family of 13 (5 kids ages 9 and under) stayed at shell yeah this pasted weekend. The house was a great entertaining spot for sure. It was well equipped with pretty much everything you would need for a large family, even including a baby gate, beach toys and enough beds for everyone to feel like they had their own space.
