Welcome to The Skiff House! A brand new build with amazing views, private cocktail pool, and plenty of room for fun all summer long!
This four bedroom three bathroom home is the perfect Port Aransas getaway. Find yourself surrounded by amazing views and close to all the great amenities of downtown. The home boasts 2 king bedrooms, a queen, and two twin over twin bunks with additional twin & twin trundle. Each room has private access to the large deck that leads down to the private cocktail pool.
The gorgeous living room offers a large smart flat-screen TV mounted on the wall and a couch that has a recliner built in with cup holders. There is space for the whole gang to get together and hang out. The living room has an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area. There is a large dining room table that can seat six people to enjoy dinner, games, or some hors d'oeuvres. This kitchen has all new appliances, including a coffee maker that is both for K-cups and drip coffee. There is tons of storage space in this kitchen and it will make you excited to cook on your vacation! The living, kitchen, and dining space have wrap-around windows, making it easy to get a great view of the sunset or sunrise.
The cocktail pool has ample parking space for you and guests to enjoy cooling off after a day at the beach or enjoying a family stroll down the streets of Port Aransas with boutiques, shops, restaurants, and much more.

Our stay at the Skiff was great. People had left mixed reviews so I was unsure what we’d arrive to. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood before. Once we arrived, I was at ease. The Skiff has everything you could possibly need. It was very clean and furnished nicely. Management was available to text throughout the stay. I’d definitely recommend.

The house was very nice, pool was a little smaller than i thought it would be but we still enjoyed it. Wish the house was located on the side of town that you could drive golf cart rentals to the house property maybe Port A will reconsider driving restrictions to that side of the highway especially with the growth of the city. Overall was a very good stay. Thank you.

Everything was great. Definitely a new build and missing a few things I would add ASAP such as iron/board and lamps in the rooms with tvs in all bedrooms. But stay was delightful and we look forward to staying again

The house was beautiful and very nice and clean. The only issue we had was the WI-FI had some issues.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely clean and very modern. We had everything we absolutely needed and never felt like we were missing something. Inside the house. However, outside was very bare and not very inviting for you to hang out and just relax after a long day at the beach. They were no picnic tables or extra lighting besides what comes with the house. I really would’ve wanted additional lighting and more patio furniture to make it enjoyable while we sat out.
Pictures of the pool Accurate but when you actually see it in person, it’s seems smaller. Although, the house sleeps, the pool only comfortably sits three. It’s more of a spa without Jets. I wish there was a better description of the pool size and not just the pictures because the pictures make it seem that it is bigger especially if it is part of the description of the house. But overall, our stay was great The kids enjoyed it and we just sat around in the pool, we were fine but we could only seat about 3 to 4 people
